This setup requires access to LN2

Setup for thermal characterization of devices. The setup consists of the following equipment:

• Infrared microscope, QFI, Infrascope III
• Semi-automatic probestation with thermal chuck, Cascade, 10000

The station can also be used for load-pull measurements. If used for load-pull measurements remember to also book the LSNA and load-pull systems.
