Setup for measuring broadband bias dependent S-parameters. The setup consists of the following equipment:
- S-parameters, 70(40) kHz - 220 GHz, Anritsu MS4647B
- Manual probestation, MPI TS200
- Keithley 2602A 2-channel bias supply
- MPI 220GHz probes, 75um
- Computer for instrument control and data handling
The following software is supported:
- Qalibria for calibrating the VNA
- MATLAB for measuring bias dependent S-parameters
